The dense overhead wiring on wooden poles is very characteristic of South American urban environments. The architecture, including the tiled roofs and the style of the houses, points towards a mid-latitude climate, likely Chile. The yellow painted curb markings are commonly used in Chile to indicate no-parking zones. I suspect this is in a residential area of Santiago, Chile. I am fairly confident in this assessment.
