The traffic is moving on the right side of the road, which is standard for the United States. I see a green street sign and a parking sign that look very typical of an American downtown area. The architecture and the presence of a "Metro" bus in the distance strongly suggest a major US city. The overall vibe, including the vehicles and the urban layout, points towards a large city in Texas, likely Houston given the "Metro" branding. I am reasonably sure this is downtown Houston.
