The signage on the Midea billboard uses the Hungarian words "KLÍMÁK" and "HŐSZIVATTYÚK," which points directly to Hungary. The architecture is classic Central European, typical of Budapest. The street signs and general urban layout further confirm this urban environment. I am quite confident this is in the capital of Hungary.
