The red brick paving on the road and the specific style of the bus stop shelter are strong indicators of the Netherlands. The architecture of the apartment building in the background is also very characteristic of Dutch urban planning. The road markings and the general layout suggest a quiet residential area near a canal. I am quite confident this is in the Netherlands.
