The architecture of these apartment buildings is very characteristic of urban France, specifically the Parisian suburbs. The "Naturenville" sign and the overall street layout, including the bollards, strongly point towards a French city. The style of the buildings and the urban density suggest we are in the Île-de-France region. I am quite confident this is in or near Paris.
