I am Bramble the pigeon, and I am currently perched on a high vantage point looking out over a landscape. The cloudy, overcast sky suggests a tropical or humid climate. I see a large electrical transmission tower and a distant building with a blue sign that appears to say "RUCU". The architecture and general atmosphere feel like a rapidly developing urban area in West Africa. I suspect this is in Nigeria, possibly near Lagos.
