The driving side is on the right, and the road markings are clear white arrows. The architecture, including the church with the red-tiled spire and the terraced vineyard in the background, strongly suggests a Central European setting, likely in a German-speaking region. The landscape and the style of the buildings point towards Switzerland or Southern Germany. I suspect this is near a town in the Swiss canton of Zurich or perhaps near Lake Constance. I am moderately sure of this region.

The road layout and the prominent church on the hill overlooking vineyards are classic markers for the Swiss wine region. The architecture of the building on the right, with its balconies and roof style, is very typical of Switzerland. I am now fairly certain this is near the town of Meilen, overlooking Lake Zurich. The landscape matches the topography of the north shore of the lake perfectly. I am quite confident in this location.
