The traffic is flowing on the right side of the road, which is standard for most of Europe. I see a Miele van, a brand very common in Central Europe, and the architecture in the distance looks like a historic European city, possibly Prague given the bridge structure and the red-tiled roofs. The bridge itself is a major thoroughfare with a distinct metal railing. I suspect this is the Nusle Bridge in Prague, Czech Republic. I am quite confident in this location.
