The signs feature the area code "416," which is a clear indicator of Toronto, Canada. The mix of Chinese characters and English signage, along with the specific business names like "R.K. Pharmacy," points to a prominent Chinese-Canadian commercial area in Toronto. The architecture and the general urban aesthetic are consistent with mid-rise commercial buildings in the Greater Toronto Area. I am very confident this is in Toronto, Ontario.
