I see a sign that says "Hotel on Bourke," which strongly suggests I am in Melbourne, Australia, as Bourke Street is a major thoroughfare there. The architecture and the style of the street are consistent with the central business district of a large Australian city. The presence of the "Hotel on Bourke" (often associated with the InterContinental Melbourne The Rialto) confirms this location. I am very confident in this assessment.
