The driving is on the right side of the road, and the architecture of the building on the right, combined with the church on the hill overlooking vineyards, is very characteristic of Central Europe. The landscape and the style of the buildings strongly suggest Switzerland or perhaps southern Germany. The presence of vineyards on the hillside is a classic feature of the Swiss wine regions. I suspect this is in Switzerland, possibly near Lake Geneva or in the Valais region. I am fairly confident in this assessment.

The traffic lights and road layout confirm we are in a developed European country. The architecture of the church and the steep, terraced vineyards are iconic to the Lavaux region or the area around Lake Geneva in Switzerland. The yellow postal vehicle is a very strong indicator of the Swiss postal service (Die Post). I am quite certain this is in the Vaud canton of Switzerland.
