I see Portuguese text on a sign, which points towards Brazil. The architecture, the specific sidewalk paving pattern, and the tropical vegetation are very characteristic of Rio de Janeiro. The wide canal-side road and the modernist building style confirm this urban landscape. I am quite sure this is in the city center or near the port area of Rio.
