The architecture features classic red-brick terraced housing typical of Northern England. The phone number on the shop sign starts with "0161," which is the area code for Manchester. The "Private Hire Vehicle" sticker on the blue car confirms this is the United Kingdom. The overcast sky and wet road surface are very characteristic of the region. I am quite confident this is in the Greater Manchester area.
