The road markings and the general architecture, including the "Rafaelhoteles" sign on the left, strongly suggest Spain. The driving side is on the right, which is consistent with this. The clear sky and vegetation are typical of a Mediterranean climate. I am fairly confident this is in a major Spanish city, likely near a business or hotel district.

I suspect this is in Madrid, Spain. I am 70% sure.

The road markings and the "Serveo" sign confirm this is Spain. The architecture and the specific style of the street furniture are consistent with the outskirts of a major city. The "Rafaelhoteles" branding from the previous look strongly points toward the Rafaelhoteles Forum Alcalá in Madrid. The surrounding landscape and urban development align with the area near the A-2 highway in Madrid. I am 90% sure this is near the Rafaelhoteles Forum Alcalá.
