The vegetation looks like eucalyptus or similar trees common in South Asia. The overcast sky and the specific style of the utility pole suggest a suburban or rural area in India. The motion blur makes it difficult to see road markings, but the general landscape is characteristic of the Indian subcontinent. I suspect this is in Northern India. I am about 20% sure.

The bus clearly displays "SHREE GANGA," which is a strong indicator of an Indian transport service. The vegetation, specifically the eucalyptus trees, is very common in the plains of Northern India. The black and white curb markings are standard for Indian roads. I am now confident this is in the state of Haryana or near Delhi, India. I am about 60% sure.
