The architecture features modern, distinct skyscrapers characteristic of a major Middle Eastern financial hub. The elevated rail line running alongside the highway is a signature feature of the Dubai Metro. The road markings and the presence of high-end, modern infrastructure strongly point to the United Arab Emirates. I am very confident this is Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai.
