The road markings, specifically the dashed lines and the layout of the street, strongly suggest the United Kingdom. The style of the lampposts and the high-voltage electricity pylon in the distance are very characteristic of the British landscape. The lush, temperate vegetation and the overcast sky also align with a typical UK setting. I suspect this is somewhere in England. I am moderately sure of this location.

The "SLOW" road marking is a classic feature of British road infrastructure. The white van and the specific type of electricity pylon design are very common in the UK. The dense, overgrown hedges on both sides of the road are typical of rural or semi-rural British lanes. I am confident this is in England, likely in the outskirts of a town or city. I am fairly sure of this location.
