The road markings and the yellow triangular warning sign are characteristic of European road infrastructure. The prominent building on the left features a distinct statue on its roof, which looks like the "Edificio Metrópolis" or a similar landmark in Madrid. The architecture and the urban layout strongly suggest a major Spanish city. I am fairly confident this is Madrid.

Country: Spain, City: Madrid.
