The road signs are in English and follow the standard U.S. highway green-sign format. The sign explicitly mentions "Glendale Blvd" and "Union Ave," which are major thoroughfares in Los Angeles. I see a building labeled "Silver Lake Medical Center," confirming the location is in the Silver Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles. The driving side is on the right, consistent with the United States. I am very sure this is Los Angeles, California.
