I see a "Ferry Plaza Farmers Market" sign on the concrete structure above the street. The architecture and the presence of an Amazon van and an Orkin vehicle strongly suggest a major US city. The elevated concrete structure and the urban layout are characteristic of the Embarcadero area in San Francisco. I am very confident this is San Francisco, California.
