The architecture, with its tall brick apartment blocks and specific balcony styles, strongly suggests a Mediterranean urban environment, likely Spain. The "RIZOS" sign is a common Spanish hair salon chain. The bright, clear sky and urban density point toward a major city. I am fairly confident this is in Spain.

The presence of "Mallorca" on the building facade is a very strong clue, as it is a well-known bakery chain in Madrid. The urban landscape, with its dense residential blocks and concrete highway barriers, is characteristic of Madrid's outer districts. The bright, clear sky and high sun position are consistent with a typical summer day in central Spain. I am now very confident in this location.
