I am flying over a multi-lane road with traffic driving on the right. The architecture features distinctive bay windows and pastel-colored stucco, which is characteristic of San Francisco. I see a "Good Green Moving" truck, a company based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The orange construction sign and the general urban layout strongly suggest a major city in California. I am quite confident this is San Francisco.

I suspect this is in San Francisco, California, USA. I am 85% sure.
