I am perched on a high pedestrian overpass overlooking a large railway station or yard at night. The striped roofing on the platforms is characteristic of Indian Railways stations. The warm, yellow sodium lighting and the overall infrastructure style strongly point toward a major city in India. I suspect this is near a busy transit hub in a metropolitan area like Bangalore or Mumbai. I am fairly confident this is in India.
