The van has a phone number starting with "0413", which is a common mobile prefix in Australia. The "Sticks & Bones" branding and the general architecture look very much like an Australian suburban street. The sun position and the way the shadows fall suggest a southern hemisphere location. The road markings and the style of the parking signs are consistent with Australian standards. I am fairly confident this is in Australia, likely near Melbourne given the phone number style.
