The lush, temperate vegetation, specifically the presence of cabbage trees (*Cordyline australis*) and ferns, strongly suggests New Zealand. The park-like setting with well-maintained paths and dense, verdant canopy is characteristic of the botanical gardens found in major New Zealand cities. The lighting and foliage density point to a mild, maritime climate. I suspect this is the Auckland Domain or a similar public garden in Auckland. I am moderately sure of this location.

The large, mature Norfolk Island pines are iconic to the Auckland Domain in New Zealand. The volcanic stone used for the tree planters is a very specific local geological feature common in this park. The Agapanthus flowers on the right are also a hallmark of New Zealand landscaping. I am now very confident that this is within the Auckland Domain.
