The vegetation looks tropical, with lush trees and a warm, sunny climate. The marina in the background features a skyline with modern high-rise buildings, suggesting a major coastal city. The overall aesthetic and the style of the harbor point toward a location in Southeast Asia, likely Manila in the Philippines. I suspect this is the Manila Yacht Club area. I am moderately sure of this location.
