I am flying over a busy urban street where traffic moves on the right. I see a sign for "C/ ISLAS CÍES, 10" and a phone number starting with 917, which is a clear indicator of Madrid, Spain. The architecture and the style of the "Metro" sign in the distance further confirm this is a Spanish city. The sun is low, suggesting either early morning or late afternoon. I am very confident this is in Madrid.
