The street layout and the white arrow road markings suggest right-hand traffic, typical of continental Europe. The architecture and the specific style of the street signs and parked vehicles point strongly towards Spain. The presence of a Citroën van and the general urban density feel very characteristic of a Spanish city like Madrid or Barcelona. The bright, clear sky and mature plane trees indicate a Mediterranean or temperate climate. I suspect this is in Madrid, Spain.

I am 70% sure.

The street sign "SOMOS" and the web address "www.somosfisioterapia.es" confirm this is definitely Spain. The architecture, including the modern glass building and the residential blocks with balconies, is very typical of Madrid's urban districts. The license plates on the vehicles are standard European white plates with the blue strip on the left, consistent with Spain. Given the density and the specific style of the street furniture, I am confident this is in Madrid.

I am 90% sure.
