The architecture of these apartment blocks, with their light-colored facades, simple balconies, and pitched roofs, is highly characteristic of Northern or Eastern Europe. The vegetation and the clear, bright sky suggest a temperate climate, likely during the summer months. The street layout and the style of the buildings strongly resemble residential areas found in Estonia, particularly in Tallinn. I am reasonably sure this is in an Estonian city.
