The architecture, particularly the distinctive white building on the left, strongly resembles the Edificio España in Madrid. The signs are in Spanish, and the presence of a "100 Montaditos" restaurant further points to Spain. The driving side is on the right, which is consistent with Spanish traffic laws. I see a McDonald's sign and a large billboard in the distance that confirms this urban environment. I am very confident this is Madrid, Spain.
