The scene shows a large flyover or bridge at night with dense urban architecture. The yellow taxi visible on the left is characteristic of Mumbai, India. The style of the residential building and the road infrastructure strongly point to a major Indian metropolitan area. I suspect this is in Mumbai, Maharashtra. I am reasonably sure of this location.
