The architecture features a mix of mid-century and modern concrete buildings, typical of urban centers in North Africa. The presence of palm trees and the specific style of the street layout strongly suggest a city like Casablanca, Morocco. The text on the delivery truck appears to be in French, which is commonly used in Moroccan business signage. The overall atmosphere and building density point toward a central district in a major Moroccan city. I am fairly confident this is Casablanca.
