I see a "Rodilla" shop, which is a very well-known sandwich chain in Spain. The architecture and the bus stop style are characteristic of major Spanish cities. The text on the signs is in Spanish, and the license plate style on the passing car matches the European format used in Spain. I am quite confident this is in Madrid, given the urban density and the presence of these specific businesses.
