The signs are in Spanish, and the phone number format "902 44 44 40" is typical of Spain. The architecture, the plane trees, and the overall urban layout strongly suggest a large Spanish city like Madrid. The "Amstel" truck and the specific style of the bollards are very characteristic of Spanish streetscapes. I suspect this is a residential or commercial street in Madrid. I am reasonably sure of this location.
