The police motorcycles feature a distinctive blue-and-white checkerboard pattern and the text "Guàrdia Urbana," which is characteristic of Barcelona, Spain. The architecture and the style of the pedestrianized plaza are also very typical of the Eixample district in Barcelona. The bright, sunny climate and the Mediterranean vegetation further support this location. I am quite confident this is in Barcelona.
