The "ROAD WORK AHEAD" sign and the general urban aesthetic, including the red brick architecture and the specific style of the utility poles, strongly suggest Australia. The distant skyline hints at a major city, likely Melbourne given the architectural vibe and the "Kangan" sign which is associated with a local institute. The driving side appears to be on the left, consistent with Australian traffic laws. I am fairly confident this is in Melbourne, Victoria.
