The yellow sign clearly says "ATENCIÓ" and mentions "Via Laietana" and "La Rambla," which are iconic streets in Barcelona, Spain. The architecture is distinctly Catalan, and the presence of a "Primark" in a historic building confirms the central city location. The yellow and black taxi livery is also characteristic of Barcelona. I am very confident this is in the heart of Barcelona.
