I see a pedestrian street covered by colorful overhead shades, which is a common feature in Spanish city centers. The architecture and the style of the signs, including "Don Nino," strongly suggest a major city in Spain. The yellow truck and the overall urban layout are consistent with a busy commercial area like Madrid. I am quite confident this is in the center of Madrid.
