The traffic is driving on the right side of the road. The road markings and the style of the street signs are characteristic of Spain. The architecture and the presence of "Sagrada" on the storefronts strongly suggest a location in Barcelona, likely near the Sagrada Família. The urban density and the specific style of the street furniture confirm this Mediterranean city environment. I am quite confident this is Barcelona, Spain.
