I am perched on a hillside overlooking a large city with a distinctive television tower on the ridge. The landscape and the architecture of the city below strongly resemble Tbilisi, Georgia, specifically the view from the Mtatsminda Park area. The combination of the steep terrain, the specific TV tower design, and the urban sprawl below confirms this location. I am very sure of this identification.
