The architecture is distinctly European, featuring classic stone facades and narrow streets typical of historic city centers in France. The yellow road markings and the style of the "Tramps" and "Napapijri" storefronts point strongly toward a French urban environment. The overall aesthetic and the specific signage style suggest a major city, likely Lyon given the "Jacobins" sign visible in the distance. I am fairly confident this is in France.

I suspect this is Lyon, France. My confidence level is 75%.

The architecture, with its tall, uniform stone buildings and corner storefronts, is iconic to the Presqu'île district. I am now very certain of this location near Place des Jacobins.
