The traffic is driving on the left side of the road. The bamboo scaffolding on the building is a very strong indicator of Hong Kong. The road markings and the style of the bus also fit the Hong Kong urban environment perfectly. I suspect this is somewhere in an industrial or older residential area of Hong Kong.
