The architecture features ornate stone balconies and classic European styling, characteristic of late 19th-century urban design. The sign for "FREMAP" and "CENTRE ASSISTENCIA" clearly indicates a Spanish-speaking region, specifically Catalonia given the spelling. The street sign style is consistent with those found in Barcelona. I am quite confident this is in Barcelona, Spain.
